Mom of 2, Sayer of Bad Words, Lover of Cookies &
Fitness Enthusiast
Hey, I’m Ashley.
Yes, I really do love cookies.
When I became a mom in 2012, I threw myself into being a “good mom” — which, if we’re being real, often meant putting my own health, happiness, and identity dead last.
Fast-forward: I finally realized that running myself into the ground wasn’t the path to progress (and I was turning into an asshole). I started carving out space for me — and shocker — it made me a better human.
Now, I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer, and I help women ditch the crap they’ve been told about fitness. No stupid diets. No hours of boring treadmill torture. Just sustainable habits, smarter training, and a mindset shift that’ll have you realizing you can channel your inner psycho into healthy changes.
This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up for yourself like you matter. Because you do.
Train Hard. Mom Hard.
You’ve got this — and I’ve got you.
XO, A
